It cant be a bad beat when you were behind on every street. Its not a bad play either.

Clearly your chips were going in. Middle set vs top set, then second nut boat vs nut boat. Don't worry, there was nothing you could have done.

Calling preflop raises with PP is where I make my most money. Calling a $3 raise when your opponant has $100 behind him and he has AA and you have a small PP is a large +ev play assuming your opponant isnt going to fold to any but the worst flops, and that you are patient enough to get away from your PP when you miss the flop.
