Hey ICE or any other pro. I think that GT is a great function and im able to use it but dont know how to observe table before going on the waiting list. I read ICEs article and he said to pick tables with less than 2 big stack and put the table down as observer but i dont know where to put it under. I also try to configured import of observer hand. Under FOLDERS TO BE SEARCHED i have c:/program file/empirepoker/handhistory. Like how i confirgured the import hand history. can some help me out on this. thanx

for party and affiliates, there is an option when auto-importing hand histories. Have that import from the MAIN Party or Empire folder, not the hand history folder. Hand histories are stored there while you are observing so you can datamine before you sit down.

i change the IMPORT HANDHISTORY to the empirepoker folder and also the OBSERVERS HANDHISTORY to the main folder and i'm starting to import the observers hand history now. But what i dont get is how to pulled up the observers table to look at the stats. Usually what i do to look at the stats of the table im playing on is clicking on the PREFERENCES icon on GT to find the table. So why isnt the observer tables on there too?? PLease tell me how i can get to it. thanx

There's a designated forum for these questions, it's called Pokertracker. Also, it's Excession that wrote those articles not Ice, just to clear that up.

As to your question, if I understand it correctly, when you use GT to look at a observed table you need to add the table through one of the players sitting at the table and not your self. Hope this does the trick.
