This call is standard, right?

This isn't the sexiest hand ever, but I just wanted to double check my logic, especially on the turn call or his raise.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed)

MP2 ($130.3)
MP3 ($83.3)
CO ($156.6)
Button ($121.02)
SB ($171.05)
BB ($138)
UTG ($139.75)
UTG+1 ($107.6)
UTG+2 ($75)
DaHittDogg ($147.59)

Preflop: DaHittDogg is MP1 with [Jc], [Ac]. SB posts a blind of $0.5.
3 folds, DaHittDogg calls $1, 5 folds, BB checks.

Flop: ($2.50) [5c], [Th], [6s] (2 players)
BB checks, DaHittDogg bets $2, BB calls $2.

Turn: ($6.50) [2c] (2 players)
BB checks, DaHittDogg bets $4, BB raises to $12, DaHittDogg calls $8.

River: ($30.50) [4h] (2 players)
BB checks, DaHittDogg checks.

Final Pot: $30.50

Results in white below:
BB has 4c Tc (two pair, tens and fours).
DaHittDogg has Jc Ac (high card, ace).
Outcome: BB wins $30.50.

Would you have called the raise on the turn? I think the pot odds were close and given his newfound aggressiveness I was fairly sure that I would get paid in full if I hit.

Just under 3-1 immediate pot odds on a 4-1 flush draw? (Which was in fact worse, as he had 2 of your clubs.)

Would you of gotten all his money if your flush hit? Would he of thrown a chunk of his money at you if the flush landed, whilst he only had 2 pair?

Looking at the hand now, it's easy for me to say fold. But at that time, calling a $8 re-raise into only a $22.50 pot. I think I would of let this one go. Unless I already paired one of my cards.

Worst case scenario is that you have 7 outs (you actually had more). Then you need to win (37/7)*8 = $42. There is $22 in the pot. His betting tells me that he is very strong and I think you can get more than $20 out of him on river. He will not put you on a flush if you hit because you bet the flop. Call.
