Preflop: Even though I'm at least 2:1 in nearly every situation, is it still right to push all in after his large reraise? I could easily just call, and push any non-Ace flop. His large raise basically guaranteed he'd call my preflop reraise, but he might muck to a nearly pot-size bet on such a crappy flop. And, if the A does come on the flop, I'm still comfortable with $800 so early.
