I recently started a new database so I only have my info from the past month. (Well I still have my old info but I dont feel like digging it out fromy my archives) :)

Hand | Times | PTBB/100
88 | 175 | -0.75 (Set over set 3x! )
77 | 169 | 0.15
66 | 158 | 0.26
55 | 155 | -1.13 (Set over set 3x as well )
44 | 152 | 0.88
33 | 163 | 2.36
22 | 161 | 0.78

Overall, all of my PP are profitable. I'm sure if I dug out my old database every PP from AA-22 would be profitable :)

I want to second excession's question. For those of you with winning records with all the pocket pairs, especially 8s and lower, how do you play them? Is it strictly set it or forget it?

now I'm worried about why my win rates are half what they should be for small PP's Shocked

Well, Iceman posted his win rates as BB/100 while you and I posted PTBB/100 so if you double our rates (which are comparable) they are not far behind icemans. I dont think there is too much to be worried about ;)

With 88-22 I basically play set it or forget it. Rarely will I push but occassionally I steal a few pots.

If Im last to act with 88, I'll bet a 992 flop everytime. If anyone had a pair higher than 8's they wouldve bet and they wont call w/o a 9. If I get called, Im done, but I only need this to work every other time to break even and it works much more often.

This is a prefect example of my "stealing small pots".

This is my favorite time to steal with small pairs as well. With the paired board - the steal has a high rate of success. Also, people love to slowplay trips - they'll just call with the 9 and every now and then, you make your boat on the river! Hello double up. That A9 never sees it coming.
