I'm interested in hearing alternative ways to play this flop. Villian is a good player and I've been aggressive with him in the past. But he knows (hopefully) that I am solid and am not messing around when I'm putting all my money in.

I'd probably play it the same way, especially at this level. People will be willing to lay down AK for that big of a push on the flop, where as in the smaller games (50,100) there's no way you get any fold equity. Also, if you win this pot you will have a HUGE stack, and people will also remember you making that push... It's just an all around good play.

I dont like checkraising with a non-nut flush draw.

I prefer to lead and push to a raise. When he, bet, you check raised and he still reraised you , it looks like he has a set. Between that and the fact that he already has alot of money on the pot, I think you lose alot of folding equity.

I put him on the following hands here. KQ, AA, 78, or 77/88. I figured he would fold KQ and AA everytime here, since he has to give me credit for at least 78 in this spot. He will probably fold 78 as well knowing I could have better 2pr, and even if he has set, I'm not THAT big of a dog.

I do like the lead and push over the top of a raise line as well, but I think the problem with it in this spot is that since the pot is so small to start out with, it's gonna look awkward if I bet 25, he raises to say 75, and I go allin for 1500. In raised pots that is probably what I'd be most likely to do.

And Kalle, I usually don't like to put my money in drawing to the non-nuts, but in this case it was heads-up and it was so clear that he wasn't on a higher flush draw, so I was positive that I had 15 outs, which is a favorite against anything but a set.
