To be more precise.

My thoughts are: even in 55$ tournaments in this early stage there are a lot of players left that would go all-in with nothing but a pair of 9's or a pocket pair of tens.
Any ideas how to seperate a AA,KK from a 88,77?

Also a preflop-caller with 22 or 66 that hit his set could be possible.
Should the preflop raise be around 600 to get the small pocket pairs out. I don't know if a donk would fold even to an all in preflop with his 22.
