Long time reader first time poster etc.

Ok so I play mostly on Prima (1-2 and 2-4 NL) where I like to 4 table, but depending on the time of day there might not be 4 tables active at a particular buy-in so i'll usually play an extra table at Party or Stars.

However, today I decided to open the extra table at Pacific (yeah I know the software is terrible etc.) and I just couldn't believe what I saw :o . The players here make the prima guys look like the worlds best players.

I doubled up pretty early which brought my stack to a little over $400. Next I was dealt red aces and was lucky enough to be reraised preflop by a guy with nearly $900. Needless to say I pushed and was called. What did he have?? Only 32o!!!

Thats just a small example of what I saw. Anyone who plays at this level what are your thoughts, was I just lucky to run into players like this or do they constantly play lke maniacs here???

First time poster also? I think... been lurking for awhile anyway.

I've played at Pacific for over a year now... you are correct on the play. Horrible.

I have not been there in about a month, due to bonus clearing at another site... but they were raking uncontested bets. So be careful.

They will not rake uncontested bets preflop, but any uncalled bets after that go straight into the pot, then raked, then back to you. They said they were trying to fix it about 6 months ago.

I am amazed at the NL10 level at the $10 bets into a .30 pot. Loss of .20. :) I have seen this many times. Saw a $30 bet once, into a .80 pot... LOL.

I still make a decent profit from the low levels, but at the higher levels this "problem" they have can take a big bite out of your profits?
