I've made a new discovery (new to me anyway) and it is the benefits of Matcha Tea. I would strongly encourage everyone on the forum to learn about the properties of this tea ... specifically it's powerful concentrations (and the effects of) the active amino acid L-Theanine.

I've tried this today and the effects are quickly (and profoundly) noticable. I'm immediately making a lifestyle change to incorporate 2-3 cups of this tea spread throughout the day.
