When I was stuck in a rut (both in life and poker) towards the start of last year (although my problems were very much different to Xas' - I didn't need the poker money, but I still felt that it was a factor in my general stress/unhappiness/whatever, in amongst some other stuff), I found that focussin on other areas really helped me. I wasn't sleeping well (well, my sleeping habits were a bit bad, going to bed too late and being constantly exhausted), and was generally feeling a bit down physically. I started doing some exercise (running for me, but anything's good) and eating a bit healthier/drinking less, and found that it cleared my head hugely.
I know you did some training (martial arts/weights or something?) when you were in school, maybe you should look at having a go at that again. Not only will you find that you feel physically better, but you'll get a sense of achievement (I think that's really important in life - if you're not working and not at college your only source of that "positive" feeling is poker, and, if you're getting creamed at the tables, I can imagine that can leave you feeling pretty empty), and you'll be amazed how much more mentally alert and positive you feel, both emotionally and in terms of making decisions.
I think it's a little thing you can do to maybe take a step in the right direction.
