Postby AlexMR » Thu Jun 02, 2005 11:10 am

This was a few minutes ago and made my session...

Party Poker Pot-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed)

UTG+1 ($29)
MP1 ($40.8)
MP2 ($24.9)
MP3 ($33.7)
CO ($12.55)
Button ($29.3)
Hero ($47.95)
BB ($27.63)
UTG ($24.1)

Preflop: Hero is SB with [3d], [3c]. Hero posts a blind of $0.1.
UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP1 calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.50) [3s], [4d], [Qs] (6 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.25, UTG calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, MP3 folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $1.5, BB calls $1.25, UTG calls $1.25, MP1 calls $1.25.

Turn: ($7.50) [Qc] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 bets $0.25, Hero raises to $5, BB folds, UTG raises to $9.75, MP1 calls $9.50, Hero raises to $14.5, UTG calls $4.75, MP1 calls $4.75.

River: ($51) [8d] (3 players)
Hero bets $8, MP1 calls $8.

Final Pot: $67

Results in white below:
Hero has 3d 3c (full house, threes full of queens).
UTG has Qd Ah (three of a kind, queens).
MP1 has Ad Qh (three of a kind, queens).
Outcome: Hero wins $67.

Should I have pushed in the turn? or the river?

When you re-re-raise on the turn, why not go allin then? It's obviopus you're likely against at least one queen, and they aren't folding. A min re-re-raise doesn't gain you anything.

So yes, push in on the turn. If not then, then surely on the river. No way you should have chips left after this hand that were unused.

Uhm, There is something wrong with the converter I think.

The pot was a little bigger because both UTG and MP villains call my $8 river bet, and the converted hand is missing the action from UTG at river. He called and was all in... I have to admit that given that this pot was multiway, I was alittle scare of a higher full house.
