$1/$2 NL

I limp UTG with 22. MP (TOTAL MANIAC) limps, another limper, cutoff limps and then button raises to $7. He only has about $45 but I know everyone will call so I call...and they follow.

Pot is $35. Flop comes A23 rainbow. I lead out for $16. Maniac raises to $35, next guy calls $35, cutoff folds and then button raises all in to $40 I call as do the other 2 guys. I actually meant to reraise but hit the wrong button. After I called, I thought the maniac would reraise but he didnt.

Pot is around $195. The turn is a king. Me and the 2 other guys all have around $250 left. Whats your play?

Yikes. Yikes. Yikes.

At first I thought bet...but I didn't see the straight out there with 45. I hate to let them see a free card on the river...but it looks like you are either losing to a higher set or the straight. You would think MP has some sort of monster after he called a bet and a raise IN FRONT of the preflop raiser. Hopefully he has A3. And who knows what the maniac has.

I check and hope a 2 hits on the river. :) This is not a good hand for you with those huge stacks on this table.

I think with no flush draw and a goofy straight draw I am going to attack here and be damned!

For total lack of sophistication I am going to go all-in here and hopefully skin someone with AK. I figure if you're going to bet the pot might was well push all the way and I cannot see anything less doing what you want. If someone is drawing anything less gives them a reason to stay in, especially if it gets called around.

I don't think you gave an opinion on the other player but against maniacs I will play hard ball and take the beats when they come.

I fired out $100 at the turn. The maniac folded. Then the next guy said he had A3 and folded.

The preflop raiser who had all the action before it got to him and he still raised all in had 88.

I wasnt afraid of 45, but really thought the guy who said he had A3 mightve had 33 until he folded of course
