Good spot to make a (sort of) move?

200NL Stars. I'm in fairly LAGy mode, though by chance I've been quiet on this table. None of the players involved in this hand are on any of the other tables I'm playing.

1 super-loose limper (50% VPIP, AF 2, w2sd 20%), and I raise to $9 w QJo. Quiet SB reraises to $16, and loose guy cold calls the reraise.

Flop [Qd][3c][7c], $50 in the pot. Now reraiser makes a pathetic lead of $6. Loose guy calls. I raise to $45.

Leaving aside the fact that I actually crashed and burned, does this figure to be +EV against a typical hand range after this "action"?

ps You can safely assume loose guy isn't folding a queen :)

I'm not sure it's +EV...but I would be trying to check it down if anyone called that raise.

A check-fold strategy was definitely part of the plan if called! I've learned the hard way not to try bluffing people off top pair...

Just seemed that loose guy could have almost any hand here. And there was so much money sitting in that pot.... :)
