Anything wrong with this one?

I just want to be able to play poker and do my normal surfing. No game craziness or anything like that.

Also, I assume the new video card goes in one of the expansion slots and doesnt replace the card I have now?

The thing that my current monitor is plugged into is much bigger than the card I linked to and my current card has lots of USB ports and other crap The keyboard and mouse and all of that plug into it as well.

Ummmm It's got one Dsub and One DVI port. Dunno if that will cause some problems, but it may. I'd find a card with identical ports and then get identical adapters if needed.

I'm not a fan of that heatsink either, but as long as your not pushing it (ie playing games on max settings), you should probably be ok.

But yes, this will replace your built-in vcard, hopefully.

But if your not a serious gamer, then I'd look for a 128mb card with a good processor and other features that you want, with identical ports. I did quick search for you on newegg and found . Ignore the first one (Leadtek 128m), but the other first few are right in your price range. The one you picked doesn't list it Pixel pipes, but my list has a minimum of 8 (most have 12).
