This isn't a specific hand, but a general thing I was wondering about.

How do you guys tend to play a straight draw on the flop when there are also two suited cards? I'll put in two example hands so that nobody can just sidestep and say "it depends"

Example one:
NLHE, blinds 1/2, full table

I'm one off the button with . There are three limpers in front of me -- UTG+1, MP1, and MP2. SB folds, BB checks, we see the flop five handed, $10 in the pot.

Flop:
BB checks, UTG1 checks, MP1 bets $5, MP2 calls $5. What should I do? Pot is $20, it's $5 to call.

Example two:
I have [qc][jc] from cutoff, and I'm the first limper. Button limps, SB call, BB check. 4 handed, $8 in the pot.

Flop:[Th] [js]
Flopped TP3K and a one card straight draw on the high end. Small blind bets $8, BB folds. What do I do here, with one person to act behind me?

I'm usually pretty careful about playing that, you have to remember that 2 of your outs are pretty much gone, since you don't want to see that flush come out, so that is going to hurt your odds, also, even if you make your straight on the turn, there's still a chance for the flush on the river. I might still draw to it, but I would want to do it as cheaply as possible.

Edit: Oh yeah, even if you do draw to it and make the straight but the flush still comes out, you may have a harder time getting paid off even if you feel confident your opponent doesn't have a flush.
