Calling is totally fine here.

You don't fold out anything that beat you, and you fold out a lot of hands that you do beat.

Raising is fine too, you really can't go wrong on this flop.

I would call the flop for reasons already stated in this thread (some by people advocating a raise).
Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

Thanks for the replies so far guys.

1 last question for a bonus.... The turn play as far as what you'd do and why.

Here's the recap:

Villian's satck now $15.45 and I cover

Hero has [Ks] [Js]

Flop: [Qs] [Kh] [4s]

Turn [6d] (or hearts but it was a red 6 wither way) Pot is $8.85

VIllian pots again only has about $6 and change remaining for the river.... Hero?

After calling this is where I felt I had the biggest decision, I mean if I rasied the flop and he shoved I'm calling and there's no more decision process. But since I called and the turn bricked and we're looking at another PSB what's out best play after a flop call?

Best play after a flop call is to fold the turn.

Your KJ is unlikely to be the best hand, you have 9 flush outs but lets make it 10 for the times he has AK and a J would be good, that means roughly 20% of the time you make the best hand on the river.

No matter what card comes, its fair to say the $6 is going into the pot, so you are calling $9 to win about $23.50, thus you don't have the odds to call.

I would shove the turn, there's really not much he can have that he beats you with here.

KQ and 44 are the only hands that make sense and beat you, and he can easily have a weak king/draw/something retarded. You need a read to fold this, especially at NL$20.
