5/10, time to fold second set?

Postby Xaston » Wed Sep 19, 2007 1:15 pm

This whole hand is questionable, comments on all streets welcome.

In retrospect, the river bet is probably bad. J9 and hearts got there, so I'm practically bluffing.

Boy, you got me confused with a man who repeats himself.

Like the fold, but where was the 3-bet preflop?

AJ also got there on the river.

I don't get this hand either.

preflop is questionable.

Flop and turn too.
River is a check/call at best not a bet fold when a flush got there.

I am not sure, I have avery bad overall impression from this hand. After you don't 3bet preflop, I feel like compensating for it by betting a flop. Though you are right a check is probably better.

Yeah I don't see him calling the river with worse, ever, really.

I like the flop and turn, preflop is questionable as Zmej said, I'd prefer to 3bet given there is a caller in between. If it was going to be HU I don't mind calling.

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.
