It seems like checking behind on the turn should be a good option. If he's behind he doesn't have that many outs (unless he has the naked [Ac] in which case it is easy to fold the river to any club but [Qc] which will give you his stack). Him having a flush makes total sense though since he made a weak bet and called a raise on the flop, so you might as well take a free card and try to hit one of your 4 outs. If a blank hits you could call a reasonable bet to keep him honest instead of betting the turn.

When he comes over the top on the turn you of course have to fold, but I really think you should consider checking behind next time. :D
