I play 90% online at BoDog. It is great because a lot of sport betters throw there winnings away at the poker tables.

Me on the other hand have to win at poker so I can throw my poker winnings away betting on the NFL.

Is there any good books on sports betting. If I can beat poker I should be able to beat the bookie.

Be glad your opponents refuse to fold; if they didn't, you just might go broke.

Stanford Wong's

Also, read the sports betting forum at 2+2.

By nature, successful sports bettors do not share strategy and secrets like poker players do. For example, I am decent at finding arbitrage opportunities, but I am never going to tell anyone about an arb before I book it. The fear is probably well founded in general - a 2+2 poster was posting about "botting the WNBA" last season. His rate was ~60%. Toward the end of the season, as soon as he posted his picks, the line moved. Whether this was because the books were watching his posts, or whether it was because sufficient action was resulting from the threads so the square books were shoring up their lines, I don't know, but either way it was uncanny in how the line would move in the wrong direction within an hour of his post.
