still passive

Posted on here a month or so ago and got some great advice, wondered if u guys could look at my stats again. I doubt they have changed that much, because I know I'm still passive. 10,528 hands(all $.50 nl) vol. put $ in- 16.44% saw flop all hands- 21.78%
won $when saw flop- 29.66% amount won - $384.56 went to SD- 24.55%
won $ at SD- 63.59% raised PF-3.86% AGG- raise-3.27, Bet- 6.86 call-12.39
check-16.70 fold- 60.57 total agg- .82

If any of u tight agg. have the time to post your #'s that would be very helpful.
Also some examples of some good starting hands played aggressively if u will.
I really don't understand aggression (as dumb as that sounds) and although I do well
at stealing small pots I can't make myself be aggressive on later rounds. I haven't found much info. on aggression on this sight and out of 1,994 players on my PT stats not one rates a TA. so thanks in advance for any info.

I've been working on getting my aggression up this month.

My stats in May:
Flop: 2.76
Turn: 2.35
River: 1.48

My stats in June:
Flop: 4.21
Turn: 2.38
River: 1.79

BB/100 has (as a result I hope) gone up from 16.02 to 18.89, that's PT BB's so in real BB's it's 32.04 and 37.78 respectively.

Basically you have to "force" yourself to be the flop, especially when you're only up against 1-3 players. You should be looking for reasons to bet, not check or call. For example:

"Hey, I raised before the flop! Let's bet!"
"Hey, I've got two overcards! Let's bet!"
"Hey, I've got a flush draw! Let's bet!"
"Hey, I've got a gut shot draw and a backdoor flush draw! Let's bet!"
"Hey, I've got a pair! Let's bet!"
"Hey, everyone checked! Let's bet!"
"Hey, it's Tuesday! Let's bet!"

Maybe I exaggerated a tad but I hope you get my drift. :D

After a while you get more comfortable betting hands when you don't actually have something than hands where you do. I much prefer a draw or nothing, because then I have an easy choice if I get raised.

thanks for the posts. I just noticed something that is driving my agg. #'s down.

my pre-flop agg. factor is 0.26(not raise%)
flop is 2.98
turn is 2.59
rvr is 2.04

I think that is what is driving my #'s down?

It's got to be something because I do bet like Stoneburg said.
