You can share numbers in the MegaMillions, but going just from memory, it only happens like 30-50% of the time. So you may have to take that into the EV math.
But even then, if you include the Utility Function into the EV, it's still +EV. IF I win like $250k, that would be enough to pay off my house and cars, but not a lot else. I'd still have to work to eat. But If I won like $20 mil, with some planning, I'd never have to work a day again.
