Reason why I kinda underbet the pot on turn was the fact that i feared that someone flopped flush while if he had Ad I had position so i could fold to river bet since he is bluffing there almost never.
So i hit a nice river, should i bet something like 325-375$ if i think he has Ad?

I recommend betting more on the river because usually the Ad is not gonna check-raise you so you want to bet more to get max value. Furthermore, it looks more like a bluff if you bet stronger so weaker diamonds might be more likely to look you up.
