Accidentally open-call with JTs on the button

$20 Table on Prima.

The table is semi-loose but a few people just left making it 7-handed. BB is a shortstack and SB has just under the buy-in, I have them covered.

I'm on the Button with [Jc] [Tc]. Everyone folds to me and I limp. Normally I'll raise to pick up the blinds but I got distracted at another table and didn't notice the pot was unopened. SB completes and BB checks.

Flop is [7s] [Qs] [Th]
Pot is $0.60

SB checks, BB mini-bets and I raise to $0.80. SB flat-calls and BB folds.

Turn is [4h]
SB checks and I check behind.

River is [8h]
SB checks and I check behind again.

Should I have bet somewhere there or should I have called or folded the flop?

I may check behind the turn after he calls your raise, but there's no way I check behind the river... If he's got a 10 or flush, he's DEFINITELY betting it... He either has a weak Queen or a spade flush draw... I'd at least value bet the river for $1-$1.50...

Ooops!!

River is [8h] not [Th]!! Sorry!!

I was thínking "Wow, that's pretty aggressive, valuebetting the mid pair when it's checked on the river" and "I don't think he would bet a Ten at all..." before I realised I had put the wrong card there! Very clumsy, I apologise.

Oh... in that case, I'd check behind... You made a play, he obviously doesn't wanna fold his Queen... I'd check behind and expect to see a weak Queen most of the time... At the $20NL table, you're not gonna bluff people off their top pair very often... I lost a little bit of money finding that out...
