Prima now has selected tables where you play cash games and the games are televised which includes the hole cards being showed. There is also an internet simulcast with semi decent commentary.
The games are delayed about 7-10 hands so obviously when you watch the hand on the net, it has already been played.
This is very interesting. Im sitting here at work as we speak and its dead dead dead. So Im watching the live game on my laptop and the delayed broadcast with hole cards on my desktop. They switch around to different games but you can get a read on these players very nicely by watching how they play.
Im not sure what the stakes are for all the TV tables but I know they go at least from $1/$2 up to $25/$50. So far they have only shown the $25/$50 , $15/$30 and some SNGs
The players in this $15/$30 game are unbelieveably BAD. I really cant believe my eyes. Its an 8 man table and I see 2 good players, 2 horrible ones and 3 or 4 different guys who are coming and going that are weak also.
If I wasnt at work, I might sit down and play in this game right now.
I sure hope they show the $1/$2 and $2/$4 tables so I can watch the guys I always play against.
You guys should check it out. Its really KEWL.
