One question though...did he snap call your 3bet or did he think on it? If he snap-called, and I'd 3bet a few times before, I might be inclined to call (even though his stats say I should fold). He'd think before flatting with KK/AA, and even with QQ I think there's a little more thought involved. And if he snap-called, I don't see him shoving a set.

So, I guess if you think about it for a while and consider more than just his stats/perceived range, there could be arguments for calling. But I think if you get in the habit of making this type of call, you start burning $.

He probably has an overpair or [Kd] or [Qd]. Youre in bad shape too often.

Since the pot is 3 bet against a pretty tight player I think a $7-8 bet accomplishes the same thing and saves you some money when this happens.

In 3bet pots, the standard cb should be 1/2p-2/3p
