Giuliani has no chance at all. Romney is right in there though. This is going to go on for a very long time.

Conservative media folks by and large hate McCain because his record is "pretty decent": he's a decent human being, which means among other things he's profoundly anti-torture, and that's just not OK with the true believer Republicans these days.

Id be willing to bet that just about all former POWs are anti-torture. Even the ones who arent "decent human beings"

I don't understand your comment. The US's stance has always been against torture, the question is "what is torture" some would argue that threatening someone with the death penalty is torture.

I'm surprised at the naivety in this thread.

Why has the US flown terrorist suspects for interrogation to places with appalling human rights records, such as Saudi Arabia? I suppose it wanted to give them a nice break in the sun.
