I have seeen this guys calls PFRs 3x. On the first hand I was not in. He called a standard raise from UTG. The flop came down KJ9 all spades and he led full pot ino 2 players and the both folded. The second hand I was in, He min raised in the CO and I raised [Kd]. The flop 76Q and he led into full pot and I folded. Then a orbit later:

Stacks:

Hero: $250 (OTB)

Villian: $150 (CO)


Hand:


Villian limps CO, I raise to $4 w/ [Td] all fold and he calls


flop:[8d][9h][Qs] $9.50 (2 Players)

Villian bets $9, I raise $30, Villian calls

turn: $69.50

Villian Checks, Hero?????


Thoughts??

I am not very happy about how I played this. I pushed on the turn. He almost timed out and called with KK. I figured he did not have an Ace (he did not raise PF), Since I raised PF it was a great card to bet (or so I thought). I missed my 2 Queens, 3 Tens, and 4 Jacks on the river.


I folded the last time he led into me so I did not think he had anything strong to risk me folding again. I thought it was a good card to bluff and if he calls I may be ahead! If not I have outs (unless he has a set).

If i did not have a hand with some showdown value a bet may have been good. But I did have showdown and made a mistake. Thi sis why I am getting a coach. Basics I just forgot.


I should have even called flop, check turn, call river. Or even the raise flop, check turn, call river would have been better.
