Villain had been making several small preflop raises and taking small stabs at a lot of pots. Is this an auto-shove with a short stack or just a call?

UTG+1 ($6.25)
Hero ($13.00)
MP2 ($54.20)
MP3 ($68.60)
CO ($15.35)
BTN ($32.05)
BB ($30.15)

Pre-flop: ($0.5, 8 players) Hero is MP1 [2c][3s][Kh][Ad]
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.5 ($5.75), Hero calls $0.5 ($12.50), 2 folds, CO calls $0.5 ($14.85), 1 fold, BB raises to $1.5 ($28.15), UTG+1 calls $1 ($4.75), Hero calls $1 ($11.50), CO calls $1 ($13.85)

Flop: [3h][5d][9c] ($6, 4 players)

Pot. Repot if needed.

I often pot this preflop to try and get heads up unless I know raisor is strictly an aaw kind of guy,.

And you should have potted the flop as well, you often will take it down there.

hhmmm....

the way i would play this hand would vary a lot depending on table texture. i think your line is acceptable (based on what you said). you could take a more aggressive line on the flop, but you might be in bad shape if you get called or raised. as a short stack, though, this is a rare chance for you to have both fold equity and decent pot equity if called.

with a bigger stack, you want to build a big pot for the times you hit trips, a K, or a wheel. as such, a more aggressive line on the flop might be better.

anyway, your line isn't terrible given your description of the table.
