I have done a ton of jobs, but the first one in my field was as an equipment repair tech working 7pm to 7am. I did that for almost 7 years before I cam out to engineering. Where I got hired in Oregon most of the engineers had masters or PHDs and I only have a BS.

I was a furniture mover for a while...got fired...been playing poker ever since.

you should really be considering getting the Isenberg School of Management Professional MBA. The price is really competitive and I think US news and World report rated it in the top 15 or 20 in the states. That degree should definitely land you a very nice job.
I dont know how hard it is to get in but I think I am going to try...
