Flop decision with high only hand (PLO8 6-max $25)

I've started buying in full to the $25 games as well as still playing short in the $50 games. Today, there wasn't much going so I decided to sit in on some 6-max $25 games. This particular hand was a tough decision, for me at least, on this flop.

Both opponents, both fairly new to the table, are half or short stacks. I flop an overpair with the 2nd nut flush draw on a board with 2 to a wheel hitting most low draws. Obviously I'm not getting [Ac][2c] to fold, but I'm really unsure of what to do here. If nobody has the nut draw, I have 9 flush outs + 4 set outs (unless someone has QQ) + I could even have the best hi hand with KK. Some of these outs are to scoop and some of course split. What do I do?

$0.1/$0.25 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo
6 players
Converted at

Stacks:
UTG ($30.40)
UTG+1 ($11.80)
CO ($36.80)
BTN ($2.05)
SB ($13.40)
Hero ($25.65)

Pre-flop: ($0.35, 6 players) Hero is BB [Kc][Js][Jc][Kd]
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.85 ($10.95), 2 folds, SB calls $0.75 ($12.55), Hero calls $0.6 ($24.80)

Flop: [5c][Qh][4c] ($2.55, 3 players)
SB checks ($12.55), Hero checks ($24.80), UTG+1 bets $2.55 ($8.40), SB calls $2.55 ($10.00), Hero???

When I check though. If a club, other than the [Ac] hits, what do I do? Each opponent barely has a pot sized bet left. I'll still be getting decent to good odds. Do you think I would have any shot at knocking out a nut flush draw without the [2c] or [3c]? Or being short stacked are they probably already committed with the flop action?

This is partly the type of situation that made me make that position post. Oop I find it very difficult if they are betting towards the low or high end therefore never really knowing if I'm live on either end or not.
