Which means that I would limp a lot (siuted connectors, high cards and pocket pairs) and then muck for raise. I had been making a lot of pre-flop lay downs - 99 to a raise - he showed KK. AK/AQ to a raise etc. The game was loose to some extent. I watched a lot of all-ins and lucky out draws (JJ vs QQ and JJ won - AJo vs AJs and the AJo won - KQ vs JJ and KQ won). No set no bet. My 2 pair hands were getting curshed.
One good but very lucky young player had $2000 when I left - as I said, I got crushed.
I was getting tired of making great lay downs and I had just lost with KK against Q8o against above mentioned lucky player.
I picked up QQ UTG and made it $20 to go > 6x bb which announced that I had AA, KK or QQ.
Got a caller MP1 and all folded to the CO seat who pushed all-in. A solid player.
I wanted to just muck my QQ - he knew that I was making tough lay downs. So I called.
MP1 called and showed TT and the CO showed KK - of course.
Flop was AKT and no Jack hit. I lost my last $100 and quit for the day down 3 buyins.
Question - should I have called here? I now feel that I should have just raised $12 and then mucked my QQ - Too tight?
