Looks pretty standard - I folded QQ yesterday in a very similar situation - UTG (very tight player) raised, I 3-bet QQ in the SB, BB called, UTG 4-bet almost half his stack, I folded

Unless you've seen them regularly pull stuff like this with less than QQ, I'd give them credit for a hand.
