Big draw, big pot, OOP ($100NL 6-max)

UTG+1 doesn't strike me as a fish, but he's not real great, either. I've never see BB play, but I was pretty sure he wouldn't come over the top if I called the flop raise.

$0.5/$1 No Limit Holdem
6 players
Converted at

Stacks:
UTG ($46.45)
UTG 1 ($173.80)
CO ($21.30)
BTN ($152.45)
Hero ($141.15)
BB ($65.45)

Pre-flop: ($1.5, 6 players) Hero is SB [6c][8c]
1 fold, UTG 1 calls $1, CO calls $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.5, BB checks

Flop: [4c][Qc][3d] ($4, 4 players)
Hero bets $4, BB calls $4, UTG 1 raises to $20, CO goes all-in $20.3, Hero calls $16.3, BB calls $16.3, UTG 1 calls $0.3

Turn: [5s] ($85.2, 4 players)
Hero ?????

It's a big pot, UTG+1 and I still have plenty of chips behind, and I pick up more outs with the turn card. What's my play?

fold or shove the flop raise...calling OOP here REALLY sucks.

Sem:

I didn't say shoving was a good option, but I'd consider shoving before I consider calling oop.

Stick:

Calling getting 3:1 sucks because of what the turn will bring. If you bet/call, you're worse off than had you 3b the flop (I think you have more fold equity to bet/3b the flop than bet/3b the turn). So, leading the turn sucks (unless you hit, obviously...but you're only going to hit 20% of the time).

If you check, villain is almost certainly going to bet 2/3pot+ which completely destroys your odds to call to draw...so effectively, you're throwing away money by calling oop on the flop because you're not going to get a good enough turn situation often enough...

Folding isn't weak...it's the smart move. It's a limped multiway pot and you have a shitty draw oop when you don't even close the flop action.

I think this is a clear fold.

Assuming one of these guys has a queen or better, we're drawing to 9 outs? I don't think this a big draw at all.

As played, I've no idea what is "correct" and you only picked up an extra 3 outs. Fuck knows, I have no idea. Check and see I guess..

The more I think about this, the more I think this is a turbo muck on the flop.
