I usually just give up on the flop in hand 1...I don't expect them to fold that board often enough.

hand 1 i put him to a decision for all his chips...checking or betting half pot gives him a chance to shove a weak hand that he would not call a shove with...also you should have a good amount of outs even if he does call, i rarely ever get called in these situations (though i am at NL50 and you say its much different)

hand 2 i would lead but i really never know how to play these kinds of hands....i think he'll most likely shove an A and i still see people call with hands you beat in these situations
