Right, got a new competition for you.... Who's going to lose to the most one-outers this year

I ran into my 4th today, cost me $500.

So the rules are these: Has to be a rivered one-outer and, errr, has to cost you the pot, obviously. And has to be shown down. Live and online play acceptable, all games.

I'm in close contention with 3, monk-man. Sadly, I can't even come anywhere CLOSE to competing how much you've lost on them. I mean WOW! Sorry bout that.

Actually, come to think of it, 1 of them was set over set and the guy quaded on the turn. Why the fuck shouldn't that count, eh!?

And in addition, those were hold 'em one-outers. Omaha one-outers have been known to happen on 269 out of 414 hands, so fuck that.

By the way, my count is 3 also for one outters on the river. Though one of my was in a home game and we only found out it was a one outter after someone at the table disclosed what they had in their hand.

Ive got two, but there was one where two people BOTH one outered me, so im gonna go ahead and call that 3.
(I flop A9 on flop of A93, two people hold J9 and the board comes running J's, n ihan!)

The pots were both over $500, since both pots got capped on various streets (other was nut flush got str8 flushed on river-i didnt see it till the fifth raise or so)
