High hand only in raised family pots (LO8 6-max $2/4)

The theory is: when the pot is raised preflop and everybody wants in, it can generally be assumed that all the Aces and low cards are gone and the deck is rich in high cards, correct? This would lead to the correlating assumption that high only hands gain a ton in value.

First, tell me whether you agree with this and then what should I do with the following hands preflop?

Hand 1 (6-handed)
SB [Kd][Qh][Ah][Ts]
UTG raises, 1 fold, CO calls $4, BTN calls $4, Hero ????

Is jamming an option here?

Hand 2 (5-handed)
SB [Qs][Tc][9h][Jd]
UTG raises, CO calls $4, BTN calls $4, Hero ????

This hand is much more questionable containing the 9, no?

As a rule I don't jam high hands into a field preflop. I definately want to see a flop, but cheaply.

I was never really thinking of raising the 2nd hand. Anyway, the shocker is, that both times the boards came fairly low, both times an Ace on the board as well.

Hand 1:

Hand 1 (6-handed)
SB [Kd][Qh][Ah][Ts]
UTG raises, 1 fold, CO calls $4, BTN calls $4, Hero calls, BB calls (5-way flop)

Board: [6c][Ad][6d][Qd][8d]

UTG raised with [Ac][Tc][6s][Ks] and surely that flop isn't going to persuade him that he did anything wrong.
CO had [2c][3d][7d][7c]
BB also went to showdown with [Kh][Th][4d][3h]

Hand 2 (5-handed)
SB [Qs][Tc][9h][Jd]
UTG raises, CO calls $4, BTN calls $4, Hero calls, BB calls (5-way flop)

Board: [5c][8h][9s][Ad][6c]

UTG raised with [6s][2s][Ac][5d] - not too bad
BB went to showdown with [7h][7d][Qd][8d]

I ended up getting taken along for the ride.

The point is, on both boards there was a combined total of 1 broadway card on the board. So I was wondering if my preflop thought process was flawed. I guess this assumption can only be made when your in games where your fairly certain your opponents are somewhat competent.
