Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

LOL played some 2/2 $100 with the GF watching last night. Ran pretty bad, I also didnt play all that well. I haven't played this game is a long time and totally forgot that its like the most passive calling everything game it is.

Made the mistake of raising 86s from the button. Got 2 callers flop is J95r I decide that it is a dry enough board to be my gutty, I bet $20 into a $30 pot, SB instantly CR to $60, other player shoves from $100 more. I muck, SB snap calls with 97o, 4 bet shover has JT. 7 on the river. LOL

I limp KK from UTG in a straddled pot, it has been a raise a lot table. It limps around 6 players to the flop, crap. Flop is Q84 two spades. I lead $15, Button mins to $30, I call. Turn is a brick 2. I check he bets $25 I have like $50 total I shove, he snap calls with Q8o. No help on the river.

I am utg again with 66 staddle pot. 5 callers after me to BB who shoves for $30, UTG who is moron thinks and calls. This seems like the perfect squeeze spot, so I shove. UTG calls $65 more with JTo, shover has AJ. Flop is AJX I miss my two outter twice. This one took some explaining to the GF but I got it in good and with good equity on both the shover and the UTG moron.

I am the BB with 76d idiot in EP make it $10, after 2 callers I call from the button. BB now shoves for $19 more, same 2 callers, I call too. Flop is 742r. Check to me I bet $45, folds to the retard to my left who calls. Now he has $51 total, so he is not quite all in. Turn is a Q he bets $6 LOL, I call. Retard has KQ.

I have a great GF but I think she is a poker curse, the last two times she has watched things have not gone so well. At least this one was not as painful as the bloody massacre the last time she watched me play at commerce.

-225 in 3 hrs.
