My name is David Brox from Kansas City. I am 29 and have been playing poker for almost 2 years.

I started playing after seeing the WSOP on TV. Thought it looked fun and didn't know that you could play online. So I did a search on the web and found Golden Palace. They had 5c/10c NL tables as well as some limit games. I played for a while but like most went bust pretty quick. I wasn't at all worried about it as I was just playing for fun.

A few weeks later my friend went to the site and started having some success. I figured that I would give it another go. The wife was worried that it would turn into a problem but I said this was it.

I took that 50 and played primarily 5/10 cent NL and went on a tear. I started playing 1/2 Limit and went nuts. I ran my roll up to about 600 dollars when I joined a multi table tourney. I came in second and basically doubled my roll. I took a step back and started doing some research. That is when I found bonuswhores.com and unitedpokerforum.com.

I went on the bonus whore trail and really built my roll up. I set a goal of 10k for the year but blew that away once I started playing 5/10 limit.

I had good runs in Multi's as well with about 9 final tables and 2 wins.

I just like to play and I enjoy discussing the game. I read a lot of Iceman's posts on unitedpokerforum.com and came here for the same type of talk.

I live in Lincoln, Ne. and I was wondering if you have been to any of the casino's up there in KC?

My roomate and I were discussing a trip up there sometime so I was wondering if you had any ideas.
