great movie.. I recommend..

one Interesting thing (for BTPC right now) is that part of the discussion in the movie is religious and touches very closely on some things said in the thread..

William Katt, ugh. That was not a good sign. Watching it on netflix now. Acting is total B-movie but the story is decent.

the screen writer Jerome Bixby also wrote a classic episode of Twilight Zone that was redone in the Twilight Zone movie

The screemplay for The Man from Earth was written over a long period and finished in 1998 on his death bed. His son made the film.
