If that was exactly what happened and you could prove it, I think it is clear that you would deserve a refund. Should everyone who claims this happened get a refund...?

Obviously I cant prove it. The hand history shows him raising and me folding.

I think they should investgate the situation and then determine what the odds are that a regular player who plays alot and wins alot is lying over $40 in some random hand out of 10,000s that he plays.

Is it possible that you might have accidently checked the 'fold to any bet' button?

I most certainly didnt click any of the "action" buttons. I NEVER click those buttons and besides, if I did, why would it have sat me out? It sat me out exactly as if I had timed out while taking too long to make my decision but it was less than a second. As I said, I didnt even see the amount of the raise before it folded me.

Im not even sure there is a "fold to any bet" button after Ive bet and the action isnt on me.

It was obv some software glitch. I dont know how it could be on my end if I was still playing the other 2 tables normally.

As a courtesy to regulars; They saw you were beat, and folded your hand to save you money. You should thank them.

What site? Some sites keep a software log file that could possibly give additional information to the situation. Pokerstars keeps a log file, for example.
