Opponent was a normal low level donk, mostly loose and mostly passive.

Like Kuso said, at worst case you have blockers. I guess really worst case would be a better combo draw, but a lot of times he either has a set which your in good decent shape against. Your probably in decent shape against most draws too.

Then again, when I think I'm in ok shape, but not really sure, I just tend to shove and think about it later and this just seems like one of those hands to me.

The only reason I might consider not going nuts here is because it was a limped pot. I normally want some dead money in there before shoving to compensate for the times when I'm really in bad shape in a spot like this.
