i think it depends on villain, if he's coming along a lot and could be playing sembluff like that for example JT, KJ, QJ or a pure bluff there then it's closer and might be marginally +EV to call as you get 2:1 for a call and you have about 37 equity vs such a range (including 88 set, KQ, KTs, J9s but not AJ)
if you dont think those hands are in his range i'll prefer a fold, but that's just me and i'm generally weaktight

If your feelings are he's a fish which is likely the case then I think you can curse and pitch it. As much as we've all tried to sell ourselves on the idea that "he's making a move on me" it's likely not the case. Fish + micros + suddenly waking up = they're not bluffing.

Other than the 5 times out of 100 or so where you find someone getting cute but with a little discipline this is a fold I think.
