Observed hands on Party

Party doesnt send me observed hands anymore. Is it just something I need to change on my account or have they stopped sending observed hands?

if i understand the process correctly, they put temp files on your computer... PT can read these. The FAQ for PT explains this clearly.

BTW, it still works for me.
