Is someone settin up the TW Mega challenge...

Postby MVPSPORTS » Fri Aug 19, 2005 10:45 am

I know everyone's been dickin around with the idea of having a smaller stakes TW challenge... And, a LOT of people said they were interested... I figure, 8 or 9 of us at a singe table would create total anarchy for the 2 or 3 poor shmoes who happen to stumble into the room... Capping every PF w/ A2... Chasing your jack high to the river... Such a beauiful thing...

So, let me be the first to ask TW to get off his fat, hairy, Monk lovin ASSSSSSSS and set somethin up, DAMMITT!!!!!!!!

could definitly be interesting. Less money the better for me as I suck at limit now and i'm even worse at this monkey poker we would be playing.

Perhaps one other thing. If we can get 9 or 10 folks for the game the players that bust out might continue to sit at the table to keep others from entering until it was over. Perhaps they would have to post a 0.04 BB every three rounds or so to keep from getting knocked off the table. Also a 2.00 buy in might be better to give everyone 25 BB to work with. If we can get enough how about trying it tonight at say 8:00 EST or so.

Vinny: Why are we stopped here? What's wrong with that spot?
Tyrone: It's too tight.
Vinny: Too tight? You could land a jumbo f*cking jet in that.

Tep, I'm thinking one of us will make a post shortly before the match starts announcing which table we'll be playing at. The current plan is to each buy-in for $2, as you said, and whoever lasts the longest out of the BtP participants (i.e. me) will be transferred $10 from each of the losers (i.e. everyone else). See ya there!

i'm a tentative yes. Don't know if I have that time free but this sounds like a lot of fun even if i lose, which i probably will. I have learn not to just fold preflop. its gonna be hard since i'm used to clicking the "fold" checkbox.

We should make it so betting has to be capped each round.
