Your stats look fine. You're just getting cold cards and being outdrawn when in the lead. Sorry that isn't too helpful.

The only stat you need to improve is... your BB/100

I guess a little more aggression. Not just randomly raising for the sake of increasing your aggression... but pick your places.

I agree that your stats look good although you could probably defend a little more from the BB HU.

In limit holdem or for that matter any form of poker you just cannot afford to tilt. As I have said before the difference between a small losing player and a small winning player and a decent winner are razor thin. You have to play very well post flop if you want to show any amount of long term profit. I think that is much of the problem with many folks that are just hanging around not winning or losing much and they can't figure out why they are not just knocking them dead because they play a tight agressive game preflop and perhaps post flop as well but don't do so properly.

When you get the chance start posting some of your hands so we can have a look at them and perhaps give some insights into how they might be played better. Perhaps you playing well and just running into some longer term bad luck as well. Better luck.
