Okay, I posted this in the Poker Sites forum and got no responses, rhetorical question it was not. I'm probably switching to Empire so would like to know my options with these points.

So, here is original question

After occasionally hearing about Party points and not thinking much about it beyond 'I don't seem to have any', I 've found my total in the my account webpage.

So, wahey! but can all I spend then on seems to be beach stuff, towels, flip flops, hoodies. Are there any tourneys I can use them on, I looked and there don't seem to be any.

Am I stuck with getting a beach towel?

Also, I seem to have an extra 3000 points 'after redeems', what does this mean?

Go to the Tournaments tab on the left, and go into the sub-menu "Special". There are daily "freerolls" as they call them, with prize pools starting at $250 (50 party points to enter) up to $1250 and I think there may even be a $5000 prize pool tourny which costs 1000 party points to enter. They occur daily, starting at 9am (Party Poker Time).

I had the same question Molina. The prizes they offer for Party Points suck. Thanks for the info guys.
