Could one of you explain what all these sexy numbers mean?

My current thinking is that while the fly is normal sized, it is actually super dense and so its gravitational field sucks the spider toward it. Screw walking and math that looks confusing, I'll cheat all day long.

P.S. Spider has a hapoon!

Things down south are going very well. Just listening to a little Buddy Guy, drinking a few cold ones and contemplating what I need to do with some shrimp I just bought. Could be worse

Well I got to say that I am eager for the answer as being I can't see a shorter distance than a straight line if there is constant contact with the surface.
