My only reads... CO was semi-loose and BB was very loose.
I wasn't happy with CO 3-betting me, but it's still more likely he just has overcards like AQ or AK.
On the flop I was hoping CO would overplay a-high or go for a "free card" play and force the moron BB to have to call two cold. Instead he wanted me to know all he has is a-high so far. I had no idea what BB had, but with no aggression shown throughout, I just had to assume my 88 is best.
In retrospect, there still was a good chance I was being 3-bet by TT+, so perhaps leading the flop was a poor plan? Not sure...
