Bad session tonight, this was my worst hand. Thoughts?

A scared TT perhaps? I play it pretty much the same way, folding to a raise on the turn or a bet on the river.

I'd also play it the same, and agree with Norton that I'd fold if he plays back...but I don't think he necessarily has to have something like JJ or a scared TT. You open-raised from the CO, he may have 3-bet you with a weakish ace or even AJ/AQ and is now just calling down because he fears you have AK. If I had to guess, I think I'd either put him on AJ or JJ. But anyway, yeah I think you played it fine.
