I was happy to let him burn away his chips. Since he was so laggy (something like 65/25) I couldn't even put him on a range of hands. I was amazed by the hand he turned over. I think he might have done it "to vary his play" and appear unpredictable. If you're not playing the same people for hours, I don't see any point in this varying your play by raising random crap play.
